COPE OF WORK : The selected firm shall provide all labor , materials , equipment , and expertise necessary to complete the following services : Engineering Design Services : Site analysis and evaluation of existing conditions Development of conceptual and final design plans for hillside stabilization Stormwater management and drainage system design • Erosion and sediment control design • Structural stabilization solutions ( e . g ., retaining walls , soil reinforcement , etc .) Site / Civil Engineering Services : Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis Grading and earthwork design • Utility coordination ( if applicable ) Permitting support and regulatory compliance Bid Document Preparation : Preparation of complete construction documents , including plans , specifications , and cost estimates Assistance with bidding process , including responses to contractor questions and addenda preparation Surveying Service : • • Topographic survey of the hillside and surrounding affected areas Boundary verification ( if required ) Identification of existing site features and constraints Geotechnical Services : • Subsurface investigation and soil testing • Slope stability analysis Recommendations for soil remediation and stabilization techniques Landscape Architectural Design : Vegetative stabilization plans Selection of appropriate plant materials for erosion control Integration of aesthetic and environmental considerations into final design
