Centralia College ( hereafter referred to as “ College ”) is conducting this solicitation to purchase printing and mailing services for our Quarterly Academic Mailer . The purpose of this procurement process is to assist the College in selecting a responsive , responsible vendor that will best meet the needs of the College . 20 . Specifications The College ’ s Quarterly Academic Year Schedule is a publication with four ( 4 ) issues per year . Issue Delivery Date Anticipated Quantity Fall 2026 August 10 , 2026 46 , 500 Winter 2026 November 12 , 2026 46 , 500 Spring 2027 February 17 , 2027 46 , 500 Summer 2027 May 25 , 2027 46 , 500 21 . Length / Material / Print / Size a . Length i . Fall , Winter and Spring - 32 pages , including cover ii . Summer – 24 pages , including cover b . Size - FLEXIE ( magazine ) format . Vendor must provide precise measurements on print area and page size and may do so by providing a printing template prior to printing . c . Stock – Covers and inside pages will be newsprint . d . Ink – Process four ( 4 ) color cover only . e . Bindery – Publication will be bound , stapled and trimmed . 22 . Quality All materials must be free from defects in material and workmanship , to be in full conformity with the specifications , and to be usable upon arrival . Materials which prove defective shall be replaced on a no charge basis . 23 . Proofing College requires proof for each publication . The Vendor will be responsible for any costs incurred to deliver a proof to the College . 24 . Reruns Any orders that must be remanufactured due to error , whether by fault of the Vendor or the College , must be reprinted on an “ IMMEDIATE ” basis . Orders for reprinting shall not to be held - up pending “ fault finding ”. 25 . Art College will provide electronically camera - ready materials approximately five ( 5 ) business days prior to required delivery dates .
