Description | The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this project which involves the removal of existing Bridge 1 - 447 and construction of a new structure . The new structure will consist of multi - span concrete girders on newly placed wall pier foundations . The proposed bridge will be located slightly south of the existing alignment to avoid overhead utility lines . A full road closure with a posted detour is the preferred alternative for maintenance of traffic at this time . Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location , notes and details shown on the plans , and as directed by the Engineer . |
