Description | The purchase and delivery of one ( 1 ) Single - Rider Accessible Wheelchair Swing , Original Freedom Glider , or approved equal , to be installed at a county - designated location . Minimum specifications for the project include the purchase of one ( 1 ) Original Freedom Glider accessible wheelchair swing , configured as a single bay unit in brown . The unit shall include four ( 4 ) wheel locks and a ground mat and be complete with the duckbill anchor or string system for installation . The Freedom Glider shall be delivered fully assembled on a flatbed truck . A forklift will be onsite at the delivery location , and unloading will be performed by Humphreys County Public Works employees . |
