Description | Title: Accommodations – Lake Louise, Alberta Department: Department of National Defence (DND) Procurement Type: Solicitation of Offers The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of hotel amenities and accommodations services in Lake Louise, Alberta. The hotel, or hotels, must be within ten (10) kilometers, by road, from Lake Louise, Alberta Contract Term: February 22, 2026 – March 25, 2026 Number of Contracts: Single Basis of Selection: Lowest evaluated price meeting mandatory technical criteria. None – no security clearance required. Submission Method: Open Bidding on Canada Buys. Closing Date/Time: As indicated on page 1 of solicitation (Offerors must check). Offer Sections: - Section I: Technical Offer - Section II: Financial Offer - Section III: Offer Submission Form & Offeror Declaration Form Validity Period: 60 days minimum from closing. Must have legal capacity to contract. Must comply with Canada’s Code of Conduct for Procurement. Must meet obligations under the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy. Must disclose integrity information and conflicts of interest. Insurance requirements must be met. Basis of Payment: Fixed price (CAD). Applicable taxes extra. Canada will not provide exchange rate risk protection.
