Description | The Work consists of all labor , equipment , and materials to complete the demolition of the existing apartment building at 109 Gravel Pike , the existing duplex building at 113 Gravel Pike , and the existing crushed stone parking area at 750 Lumber Street in Green Lane Borough , Montgomery County , PA . The buildings and all associated impervious surfaces will be removed and replaced with grass . Foundations will be removed to a minimum of 1 . 5 - feet below proposed grade and basements filled . The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control , topsoil import and placement , demolition , grading , soil compaction , trash / material removal , utility and well abandonment and well abandonment certification , and local permitting , as described in the Drawings and Specifications . |
