SEMCOG seeks a qualified consulting team to develop a comprehensive Travel Model Improvement Plan and to modernize , re ‑ estimate , calibrate , validate , and fully implement the next ‑ generation Activity ‑ Based Travel Demand Model ( ActSim 2 . 0 ). The upgraded model must reflect 2025 travel behavior conditions , integrate SEMCOG ’ s newly collected datasets , migrate all modeling components to TransCAD 10 or later , and be fully ready to support the 2055 Regional Transportation Plan by December 2027 .
