Description | The selected vendor / vendors will perform enrollment impact modeling ; state cost & budget and member impact modeling ; an annual report modeling the demographics of uninsured New Mexicans and the impact of HCAF programs ; assist with the reconciliation process for the SOPA program ; model changes to and advise the HCA on standardized health plans ; produce an annual actuarial report for the legislature ; and provide technical assistance , coordination , and data management services . The term of the contract will be for four years . These services are being purchased to ensure the HCA has the ability to accurately model program costs and impacts and ensure accountability for statutory reporting requirements . |
