Description | The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority ( hereafter referred to as the “ Authority ”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified janitorial / cleaning companies for janitorial services at the Authority ’ campus , located at 8763 Hospital Drive , Douglasville , Georgia 30134 , for a two ( 2 ) year period from March 1 , 2026 to February 29 , 2028 . The campus includes two connected buildings containing approximately 30 , 000 SF with two floors and consists of offices , cubicles , administrative areas , break room , conference rooms , community room , and restrooms . The hours of operation are from 7 : 30 a . m . to 5 : 30 p . m ., Monday through Friday , and the facility must be cleaned during non - operating hours . The contractor shall provide all labor , equipment , cleaning solutions , materials , supervision , and other items necessary to perform janitorial / cleaning services as defined in this solicitation . |
