Description | The San Bernardino County , Children and Family Services Department ( CFS ) is seeking a qualified consultant to support the Child Welfare Ad Hoc Committee ( Committee ) by serving as a neutral intermediary and governance facilitator between the Board , the County Administrative Office , and Children and Family Services Department ( CFS ). The consultant will support the Ad Hoc Committee through a structured process focused on facilitation of complex policy discussions , interpretation of child welfare systems and practices , development of recommendations , and reporting on outcomes associated with those recommendations . The Ad Hoc Committee will already be in progress at the time the consultant is engaged . This engagement is governance focused and is not intended to include review of individual cases , investigations , or audits of CFS operations . |
