Description | Introduction : ADF & G Procurement office is seeking information from qualified contractors who are interested in performing the necessary work to complete the ADF & G Yakutat shop . If you are a general contractor and can complete the work listed under the Background Information section , please follow the instructions listed under the Response Information section to respond to this RFI . Background Information : ADF & G Yakutat shop was constructed in 2014 and is yet to be completed . The following work is needed to be done and potentially more : • Removal of the electrical conduit , lights , and garage door tracks that are already installed on the roof / ceiling trusses . By “ remove ” we mean unfasten and secure because we plan on reusing these things once the ceiling is finished . • Install insulation into ceiling joists , followed by maybe a vapor barrier , and then plywood . • Re - install conduit , lights , and garage door tracks . • Install single phase heater / blower on wall of warehouse . Wire / connect to breaker / fuse panel . • Install two gable vents on the roof . |
