The Naval Air Systems Command ( NAVAIR ), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office ( PMA - 201 ), intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price ( FFP ) Delivery Order ( DO ) under the Basic Ordering Agreement ( BOA ) N0001921G0006 on a sole source basis to The Boeing Company , 6200 James S McDonnell Blvd , St . Louis , MO 63134 - 1939 . The DO will provide digital copies of existing AHWCS Technical Manuals , technical data , AHWCS cable drawing packages , and computer software , both classified and unclassified , in support of United States Navy ( USN ). Contract award is anticipated first quarter of fiscal year 2026 . Small businesses interested in subcontracting possibilities may contact Chasity Strickland ( Chasity . L . The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6 . 302 . The Boeing Company is the sole designer , developer , manufacturer and integrator of the Harpoon Weapon System and its related equipment . The Boeing Company is the sole owner of technical data for Harpoon and therefore is the only responsible source that can meet the Government ' s requirement . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals . A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government .
