The selected vendor will : Develop a plan for implementation of discussion groups with a timeline that includes milestones , outreach plan , steps or phases necessary for implementing the discussion groups , associated strategies , and an estimated cost of implementation . Identify key organizations and existing training sites for discussion groups in consultation with ORHPC representatives . Invite and recruit discussion group participants . Develop discussion group guides in consultation with ORHPC representatives . Manage in - person discussion group logistics such as outreach , scheduling , preparing for , and managing on - site logistics . Facilitate in - person discussion groups to gather feedback and ideas . Transcribe meetings and summarize findings in writing for each group discussion . Prepare a final report with findings from each group discussion and an overall all summary noting themes within and across discussion groups . Deliverables : Implementation plan including timeline that includes milestones , steps , or phases necessary for implementing the discussion groups , associated strategies , and an estimated cost of implementation . Facilitation of agreed upon discussion groups . Final report with findings from each session and an overall all summary noting themes within and across discussion groups . MDH will assist with planning and development as needed and determined by MDH . MDH will provide support and strategic direction throughout the contract period and is available for bi - weekly planning meetings as needed and determined by MDH . Responders are encouraged to propose additional tasks or activities if they will improve the results of the project . These items should be separated from the required items on the Cost Proposal .
