Description | Contractor will provide services to drain and contain ; rinse , drain and contain ; and then dispose of the PFAS contaminated water and the drainage water in the Underground Storage Tanks ( UST ) at the Army Aviation Support Facility ( AASF ) in Rapid City , South Dakota . The purpose for draining the system is to conduct a fire system safety inspection concurrently with this project . The purpose of the rinse is to clear extra sediment not removed from the first drainage . |
