Description | The Township of Old Bridge desires to appoint Special Counsel to work with the Township Attorney and provide legal services to the Township in connection with affordable housing matters , including related litigation . Responsibilities will include working with he Township officials in connection with the Township ’ s Fourth Round Affordable Housing requirements and compliance ; defend the Township in any related affordable housing litigation , including defending any challenges to the Township ’ s Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan , and representing the Township in connection proceedings and hearings associated with the court filings and the approval process for the Fourth Round . Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience with affordable housing and related litigation , Municipal Land Use Law and zoning and planning . Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect the Township of Old Bridge should be addressed . Applicant may be an individual or a firm . |
