Consequently, neither the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), nor the Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) constraints of 10 U.S.C. § 3458 apply to this notice or any resulting agreement.
