Description | GENERAL SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT 1 . 3 . 1 The Contract will require an experienced contractor licensed in the state of Maryland to perform the following : The Work as defined in General Provisions GP - 1 . 05 to be performed under this Contract consists of the furnishing of all materials and equipment and the performance of all labor to complete the Work . The work under this Contract includes : repair and rehabilitation of existing underground electric , water and sanitary sewer services ; installation of piping , valves , hydrants , lift stations , manholes and vaults ; demolition and removal of existing utility services ; installation of new underground electric , communications , sewer and water services and all associated appurtenances ; maintenance of traffic ; demolition , earthwork , pavement and site restoration ; water system leak detection and ; all other associated activities at the Maryland Port Administration Terminals located in Baltimore , Maryland . |
