UNCDF seeks to engage a competent firm to provide technical assistance to banks and microfinance  institutions to strengthen their institutional, human, and business capacities to effectively design, pilot and scale Agricultural Financing products in the market.Part 1: Technical assistance to SLAMFI and SLACBPart 2: Industry-wide training workshops to build the capacity of financial institutions in Sierra LeonePart 3: One-on -one support to participating financial institutions in designing and piloting agricultural financing products.Part 4: Assess and strengthen credit-scoring practices among participating financial institution.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
