Arlington Community Schools will receive bids for the Arlington High School Partial Re-Roofing Project, located at 5475 Airline Road, Arlington, TN 38002. General Terms and Conditions and Specifications are contained in this bid.There will be a public opening of this bid at 11:00 AM, CDT, Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Arlington Community Schools District Office, 12060 Arlington Trail, Arlington, TN 38002 in the Large Conference Room.There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning at 12:30 pm, CDT, Tuesday, March 24, 2026.All interested bidders will meet in the lobby of Arlington High School, 5475 Airline Road, Arlington, TN 38002. Pertinent information concerning this project will be discussed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.All visitors will be required to check in at the front desk, submit identification and receive a temporary visitor sticker to attend the meeting.All bids must be received by Arlington Community Schools - Purchasing, Attn: Laney Borwick, 12060 Arlington Trail, Arlington, TN 38002, by 10:59 AM, CDT, Wednesday, April 1, 2026 prior to the aforementioned bid opening date and time.Bids received after the specified date and time will be considered late and will not be opened, or considered.Please affix the attached label to all bids.Bids received electronically will not be allowed.
