SCHEDULE OF SERVICES I . WEEKLY SERVICE 1 . Mow all turf areas . 2 . Edge all hard and soft edges including sprinkler control valves 3 . Blow off entrances , stairs , deck , sidewalks , parking lots , outside break area , etc . 4 . Weed - eat or hand - weed all areas including the breakwater area 5 . Pick up trash on grounds , parking lot and breakwater areas . 6 . Report damage / deterioration of breakwater areas ( as needed ). 7 . Inspect and repair or replace broken / burst pipes and sprinkler heads . 8 . Perform a walkthrough with AIDT staff member after work is performed . SCHEDULE OF SERVICES II . MONTHLY SERVICE 1 . Maintain weed and insect control ( ants , grub worms , and any other pests ). 2 . Program / check irrigation system and check all valves . 3 . Apply Round Up and remove all the weeds from all fences . III . QUARTERLY 1 . Pre - Emerge application . 2 . Fertilize turf , trees , landscaping and ground cover . 3 . Replace / install seasonal flowers at west end drive way and main / lobby entrance to building on the east side . 4 . Replace dead plants , shrubs , and bushes 5 . Replace pine straw 6 . Bush hog / mow ditch at west entrance to allow line of sight for oncoming traffic ; SCHEDULE OF SERVICES IV . AS NEEDED ( Determined by AIDT ) 1 . Cut down and remove encroaching limbs around perimeter of the property 3 . Cut brush back 5 feet on each side of the boardwalk leading to Austal
