Equipment Covered 2 . 1 Rotary Screw Air Compressors Quantity : Two ( 2 ) Manufacturer : Atlas Copco Model : GA160 - 125 2 . 2 Desiccant Air Dryers Quantity : Two ( 2 ) Manufacturer : Atlas Copco Model : BD + 350ZP 2 . 3 Desiccant Air Dryer Quantity : One ( 1 ) Manufacturer : Atlas Copco Model : CD300 + 2 . 4 Optional Equipment Diesel - driven portable air compressor ( s ), serviced as required and authorized by the Owner . 3 . GENERAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall : • Perform all work in accordance with OSHA , NYC , NYS regulations and manufacturer requirements . • Follow all Customer - Specific Safety Rules , including lockout / tagout . • Provide factory - trained and qualified technicians . • Furnish all labor , tools , consumables , and replacement parts . • Provide 24 / 7 emergency technical support . • Submit detailed service reports following each visit . • Coordinate all work through Owner - designated representatives . 4 . ATLAS COPCO GA160 - 125 COMPRESSOR SERVICES Preventive maintenance and repair services shall include but are not limited to : • Oil change • Change air filter element ( s ) • Change compressor oil filter • Change oil separator element • Overhaul unloader valve • Overhaul water drain • Change thermostatic valve • Service minimum pressure valve • Replace separator elements using exchange elements • Overhaul main drive motor ( if included in service package ) • Clean cooler block ( internal and external ) • Replace motor bearing fans • Take service readings ( air , oil , water temperatures and pressures ) • Check for air , water , and oil leakage • Inspect air intake chamber condition • Check and clean condensate drains • Inspect oil and aftercooler and clean externally • Inspect cooling fan assemblies • Inspect sensitive bolt and coupling connections
