Project Description : The Government intends to design and construct four new facilities at Federal Law Enforcement Training Center ( FLETC ) Glynco , GA , using a Design - Build Done Right delivery approach . The project includes three large , open - span mock training buildings , each approximately 30 , 000 gross square feet , and one administration building of approximately 9 , 500 gross square feet . All facilities will comply with applicable FLETC and CBP design standards and security requirements . The project will be constructed on a currently undeveloped , forested site with existing creeks that will be incorporated into the stormwater management design .
