Description
Description | The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source contract to The Raytheon Company, McKinney, TX, for the Fiscal Year (FY) 26 maintenance and development solutions for the APY-10 Radar on the P-8A platform. This procurement shall include the following key deliverables: a Flight Line Systems Diagnostics (FLSD) Tool Upgrade for the core Radar Operator Application (ROA) software and an Enhanced RADAR System Simulator (eRSS). The anticipated award date is the third quarter of Government Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, with deliveries completing in FY28. These requirements will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
