The City is evaluating the development of a multi - use aviation facility that supports : · General aviation ( GA ) · Unmanned Aircraft Systems ( UAS ) · Advanced Air Mobility ( AAM ) / eVTOL operations · Potential defense and dual - use applications This study will guide decision - making related to site selection , design , partnerships , and implementation . Project Objectives The selected consultant will : · Evaluate the feasibility of a new airport facility · Identify and analyze potential sites · Assess market demand and economic viability · Develop a phased implementation strategy · Ensure compatibility with military operations and regional airspace |
