Describe specific differences from the Current State Conditions that are desired in this project : What features , functionality , and capabilities must the new services have to overcome current constraints or issues ? 1 . Intuitive user interface Upgrades from Manual Processes and Workaround Procedures that will be required : List the manual processes and workaround procedures that will be improved with the Future State Service 1 . Eliminate manual lookups - the data would be trustworthy and eliminate the need for KU staff to verify or identify the data 2 .) REQUIREMENTS The University requests vendors respond with a solution that meets all or some of the following requirements . Requirements listed toward the top (# 1 ) are more important than those listed lower . ( thru 14 ). The KU Marketing - specific Requirements are mainly Reporting in nature and fall more into a “ must have ” type of Requirement . 1 . Career outcome data includes but may not be limited to job titles , job locations , employers and compensation . This data may be shown publicly , such as to prospective students and their influencers . 2 . Solution and proposer ’ s organization provides strong data security measures for any data provided by the University as well as strong security and privacy of University ’ s use of the platform . 3 . Solution provider can demonstrate the integrity and validity of the data accessible in its solution . 4 . Solution provides ability to add to public - facing University webpages widgets , modules or other easy - to - configure and easy - to - maintain interfaces that automatically update as data updates , such as to show the career paths and successes of graduates of a particular program at the University of Kansas . 6 . Solution provides labor ( workforce ) demand information for specific jobs , careers and educational degrees . 7 . Solution provides an easy - to - use , browser - based platform with a user interface that does not require user to perform further analysis outside the platform for common data and analysis needs . 8 . Proposer offers support adequate for clients like the University to fully utilize the solution for the purposes described herein . 9 . Solution provides the ability to segment data by geography , skills , experience , education , demographics and other factors as may be relevant to the user ’ s intended use . 10 . Solution provides ability to download datasets in common file formats ( e . g . csv , xls ) for further analysis . 11 . Solution provides compensation and demand data for specific positions the University has or may have in the future . 12 . Solution provides user management functionality so that the University can centrally manage user access and assess volume of utilization . 13 .
