SEEKING SOURCES ONLYSeeking sources for qualified , interested vendors to supply wooden tooling boxes for use in aircraft tools and parts storage . Boxes must be made to military specification and meet all Salient Characteristics and material requirements . Specification sheet attached to this notice is for reference only . Vendors will be required to provide an original drawing with specification sheet which demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and capability to perform according to technical orders . The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement ( s ) to the responsible vendor ( s ) who can demonstrate an ability to supply the requested product within the delivery period requirement . Initial delivery will be a quantity of ten ( 10 ) boxes within the first 21 days after award . Additional call orders may be placed at least every 30 days . This agreement is anticipated to be a 5 - year agreement for a quantity Not To Exceed 5 , 000 for the total agreement ordering term . Qualified vendors may express interest by submitting the following : 1 . A capabilities narrative , not to exceed 3 pages , 2 . Drawing indicating an understanding of the requirement3 . Price estimates for market research purposes only , official quotes not requested at this timeAll documents should be submitted to the Contracting Officer , Patricia Murray , via email not later than 8 : 00AM MST on Thursday , 12 February 2026 .
