The base UHFLI can demodulate 8 harmonics as requested on the notice, but only 4 of one of the two reference frequency. The UHF-MF option allows 8 harmonics of a single reference frequency or combinations of the two reference frequencies. NIST Response: The UHF-MF option is what we require technically, and what should be included in the quote. 8 harmonics are from a single reference signal. Yes, that is why the option UHF-MF is required. See updated Statement of Work for more details. Response time has been extended from May 5,2026 to May 8,2026. As described in the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation, Statement of Work and Applicable Provisions and Clauses. |
