Description | The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia Southern University is providing public notice of its intent to purchase AMTI Force Plates including accessories from Innovative Sports Training. Moving forward, we plan to award any and all contracts to Innovative Sports Training for the life of this device. This includes any maintenance, repairs, software upgrades and equipment upgrades throughout the life of this grant. Any supplier capable of providing the identified goods/services may challenge this sole-source determination by filing a written protest with the Assistant Commissioner (SPDAC) of the State Purchasing Division (SPD) in accordance with the protest procedures outlined in Section 6.5. Step 4 Supplier Participates in Protest Process of the GPM. The protest must be received prior to the closing date and time identified herein. |
