Analysis of optimising the use of ECHA’s Office building and Conference Centre, including related service delivery options

<b><i>Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s <a href="https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/40287" target="_blank">intention to publish a future negotiated low value procedure. </a> </i></b><br></br>The European Chemicals Agency strives to provide its staff and visitors with appropriate infrastructure and services that facilitate and support ECHA’s scientific work and decision making. Following the pandemic, ECHA has introduced new ways of working, including hybrid working and a reduction in the number of visitors to its premises due to the increased use of virtual tools. The request for service is to conduct an analysis on optimising the use of ECHA’s office building and Conference Centre, considering how workspaces and meeting spaces are currently being utilised, the current commercial real estate market and ECHA’s lease agreement obligations. The report should also take due consideration of any proposed transformation costs, timelines and benefits of such on ECHA’s work environment. The contract is estimated to run for two months. The maximum amount of the contract is expected to be 20 000-30 000 EUR and will be defined in the invitation to tender.
