Description | The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the responsibilities of the Firm in providing Ancillary and Non - Ancillary Services under the Expanded In - Home Services for the Elderly Program ( EISEP ). These services are intended to support eligible seniors in maintaining independence , safety , and quality of life within their homes . Through the provision of approved ancillary equipment , home modifications , and related support , the Firm will assist the County in meeting the objectives of the New York State Office for the Aging ( NYSOFA ) as defined in NYSOFA 13 - PI - 26 ( included as Attachment A to this RFP ), ensuring that services are delivered efficiently , equitably , and in full compliance with program requirements . In addition , the Firm shall provide non - ancillary services that include , but is not limited to , the construction and installation of ramps , porch lifts , chair stair lifts , and other home modifications .
