This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; offers are being requested , and a separate written solicitation will not be issued . Solicitation number 12445526B0005 is issued as an Invitation for Bid ( IFB ) to Provide all equipment , labor , materials , tools , and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to complete the bridge replacement . The work consists of demolition and disposal of the existing bridge , procurement and installation of the new bridge . All work performed will be completed in accordance with the designs , Standard Specification for Roads and Bridge on Federal Highway Projects FP - 14 and the Forest Service Supplemental Specifications to the FP - 14 ( FSSS ) included as part of this contract .
