PROGRAM SUMMARY The Louisville Metro Housing Authority ( LMHA ) is an MTW Public Housing Authority which , as of December 2025 , owned and managed 3 , 800 units of conventional and scattered - site housing units in Louisville , KY . LMHA also operates a Section 8 Rental Assistance Program . The Louisville Metro Housing Authority ( LMHA ) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms / architects to provide consultant services on an as - needed basis . B . SCOPE OF SERVICES The architectural consultant will provide services as requested and directed by the Louisville Metro Housing Authority . Services may include architectural , landscape , geotechnical , surveying , structural , mechanical , electrical , or other design and technical - related disciplines that may be required . Services shall be performed in accordance with the contract which shall be executed between the LMHA and the architectural firm . |
