Description | To provide contract services for the annual fire hydrant flow test at the White City VA Medical Center ( VA SORCC ). This test aims to ensure the proper functioning and compliance of fire hydrant systems in accordance with NFPA standards . The contractor will conduct annual flow tests for all fire hydrants across the facility for the contract period . The contract period shall be a base year and four option years . The facility is required to conduct annual flow tests for fire hydrants to comply with NFPA standards and ensure the operational readiness and safety of the fire protection system . Fire hydrant flow tests will be performed on all hydrants on the property annually ( June ). The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary equipment , personnel , and documentation for these tests . |
