Description | Provide contract services for the annual fire hydrant flow test at the White City VA Medical Center ( VA SORCC ). This test aims to ensure the proper functioning and compliance of fire hydrant systems in accordance with NFPA standards . The contractor will conduct annual flow tests for all fire hydrants across the facility for the contract period . The contract period shall be a base year and four option years . The contractor will provide all necessary : Equipment for conducting flow tests , including gauges and hoses . Personnel trained and certified to conduct fire hydrant flow tests in accordance with NFPA standards . Documentation and test reports summarizing findings and providing recommendations if any deficiencies are identified . The contractor shall use standard methods and procedures as set forth by NFPA standards for conducting fire hydrant flow tests . All work shall comply with state , local , and federal laws and regulations . |
