Description | The City of Omaha , Fleet Management , is accepting quotes for the annual pump testing of the City ’ s fire engines . The quotes should be based on the following criteria : Test completed in accordance with NFPA 1911 , Chapter 18 . Testing of thirty - five ( 35 ) pumps : Eighteen ( 18 )- 1500 gpm pumps Seventeen ( 17 )- 2000 gpm pumps Set up at the Omaha Public Safety Training Center located at 11616 Rainwood Road , Omaha , NE . The City of Omaha will have one ( 1 ) coordinator on site to assist the successful vendor if needed . Test results shall be documented on a form equal to Form C . 3 ( c ), as found in NFPA 1911 , Annex C . Forms shall be provided electronically on a storage disk or device . Testing shall be completed by September 1st 2026 . The following engines are equipped with FRC IN - Sight discharge flow meters , all of which shall be calibrated .
