Sealed proposals will be received electronically by Antrim Township until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, February 28, 2025, for the following project: Antrim Township Community Park – Pickleball Courts and Restroom Building, rebid of two (2) contracts: Contract No. 2 – Electric Contract Contract No. 3 – Plumbing Contract Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternatives. Inquiries shall be submitted using the “Questions” feature in PennBid. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Antrim Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Antrim Township.
