Description

Sources Sought Notice Update: Acquisition Strategy and Vehicle Assessment Title: Update/Amendment to Sources Sought Notice: Potential Use of GSA OASIS+ Contract Vehicle Notice ID: FA4890RFI082026 Requirement Title: AOS MCC Follow-on Purpose and Overview: The purpose of this update is to notify industry that the Government is evaluating its acquisition strategy and is actively considering utilizing the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) vehicle – specifically the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pool/domain- to fulfill this requirement. This update serves as continued market research pursuant to RFO Part 10 to determine whether adequate competition and capabilities exist within OASIS+ contract holder community, or if an open market procurement via SAM.gov remains the most advantageous path. Please see attached Update/Amendment to Sources Sought for complete details and instructions. ***** THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CLOSES AT 4:30 PM (EDT), 9 SEP 2026. This is a Sources Sought Notice only, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10. ACC AMIC is requesting information to determine if there are potential sources which have the capability to provide support to the Air Operations Support Mission Control Center (AOS MCC) Program. This information will be used to determine the acquisition strategy for the follow-on requirement. The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, training, tools, equipment, transportation, and mission materials required to operate the AOS MCC as outlined in the draft performance work statement (PWS), except as specified in Section 3, at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia and its alternate location. The anticipated contract will have one (1) month phase-in, eleven (11) month base with four (4) one (1) year options as the period of performance (PoP), and a six (6) month option to extend the services. Please see attached complete Sources Sought Notice and Draft PWS.
