The City of College Station invites qualified utility contractor(s) with a minimum of five (5) yearsof utility electrical construction experience and qualified in working on energized 12kVdistribution systems to submit bids for an Annual Price Agreement covering various undergrounddistribution projects, to include boring, installing conduit, pulling cable and terminations fromlarge residential subdivisions to commercial developments, install and replace pad mountedtransformers, install and replace services, install and replace underground street light circuits. Thiswork will have energized locations at 12kv. College Station Utilities will provide all materials forthis work. This agreement will serve as a basis for pricing, with specific projects assigned on anas-needed basis. When a project arises, the selected vendor will be required to provide a detailedproposal including the scope of work, materials, labor, timeline, and total cost, calculated usingthe established unit pricing. Job locations and specifications will be provided by the ProjectManager at the time of request. The total contract value will not exceed $500,000 per year;however, this amount is not guaranteed and will vary annually based on the number and scope ofapproved projects.
