This Contract establishes the overarching termsunder which the Supplier shall provide flexibleand scalable resource capacity, digital delivery,development, live service support and relatedservices in support of the Buyer's Apply forThings product family and associated services.The purpose of this Contract is to secure accessto a pool of suitably skilled resources that canbe mobilised and demobilised at pace, withminimal lead time, in response to evolvingprogramme requirements, operational demandand Ministerial priorities, while maintainingservice continuity, quality and compliance.The Services shall support the continueddelivery, development, operation, improvementand live support of the Apply for Things productsand associated services, including public-facingservices and services used in internalcaseworking operations. This includes supportfor technical delivery teams responsible for newfunctionality and continuous improvement,together with live service support for incidentmanagement and production environments.The Supplier shall work collaboratively with theBuyer to support the Buyer's vision andobjectives for the Apply for Things productfamily and wider product ecosystem, includingby enabling flexible capacity management,supporting rapid design, development anddeployment, contributing to service andarchitectural improvement, maintaining stableand highly available services, and supportingrelevant transition and migration activity.The Order Form and its schedules set out thecontractual baseline for the Services. Thedetailed scope, Deliverables, milestones,dependencies, implementation activities,service levels and acceptance criteria for eachwork package shall be set out in the relevantStatement of Work agreed under this Contract.
