The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) is providing public notice of its intent to award a contract to Automation Strategy and Performance (ASP) for an estimated cost of $300,000 to provide apprenticeship training program and related software that GaMEP (Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership a Unit of The Enterprise Innovation Institute at Georgia Tech) will be a reseller of apprentice program seats to meet the needs of our clients and internally at Georgia Tech in the facility and maintenance areas. Any supplier capable of providing the identified goods/services may challenge this sole source/sole brand determination by filing a written protest with the Deputy Commissioner of the State Purchasing Division (SPD). The protest must be received prior to closing date and time identified herein. The initial term of this contract shall be for one year from the date of award. Georgia Tech shall possess four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of Georgia Tech. Renewal will be accomplished through the issuance of Notice of Award Amendment. In the event that the contract resulting from the award of this sole source/sole brand shall terminate prior to the making of an award for a new contract for the identified products and/or services,
