The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough ( UTSC ) requires l the services of a general contractor for the construction of the new wood framed aquatics and plant storage shed for housing seasonal research equipment for the Department of Biological Sciences . The scope of work includes for the construction of a 30 square meters wood storage shed located behind the Science Wing building . Refer to Attachment 1 Description of Goods / and Services in the Request for Proposals ( RFP ) document . Scope of Work Highlights Work included is as follows : Site Grading Service Trench Engineered Slab on grade flooring Construction of Wood Storage Shed Supply and installation of electrical , mechanical and security equipment Supply and installation of furnishing including shelving ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS Submissions must be submitted electronically at : https :// utoronto . bonfirehub . ca / opportunities / 84764 on , or before October 24 , 2024 , at 2 : 00 : 00 p . m . local time .
