The successful proposer shall provide the following services at a minimum : A . Studies , Investigations and Reports . The Consultant shall conduct preliminary studies , research and investigation in order to prepare plans , reports and special designs as related to the conditions at the project site and as required by project requirements . The number of reports is not specified in this sealed Request for Proposals ( RFP ), and will be driven by the specific project needs . At a minimum this will include : 1 . Background Research regarding prehistoric and American history in the impacted areas . 2 . Further identification and evaluation of sites in the project area . 3 . Technical reports providing the results of investigations for review . 4 . Periodic reports regarding progression and interpretation for the Owner . 5 . All archaeological reports , including data recovery plans included in Treatment Plans , must be consistent with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation ’ s publication , “ Consulting about Archaeology under Section 106 ” ( 1990 ), and should be in accordance with the U . S . Secretary of the Interior ’ s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeological Documentation
