Description | Location : This contract will encompass floodplain engineering services across the entire state of West Virginia . 4 . Project and Goals : The project goals and objectives are listed below . Vendors should demonstrate their understanding of the overall program and approach for achieving each of the listed goals and objectives : 4 . 1 Provide comprehensive FEMA Risk MAP Program and associated services in support of the WV CTP program . 4 . 2 Develop enhanced approximate ( Zone A ) 1 % annual chance ( 100 - year ) floodplains in alignment with the West Virginia AFH initiative . 4 . 3 Products should be delivered in accordance with FEMA ' s Guidelines and Standards for Flood Risk Analysis and Mapping . All applicable GIS datasets , HEC - RAS hydraulic models and depth and elevation grid data will ultimately be delivered to FEMA ' s Mapping Information Platform ( MIP ) and to West Virginia GIS Technical Center for integration into the West Virginia flood risk website . |
