Description | This project consists of a comprehensive exterior renovation for Northville Elementary School , specifically focusing on a full roof replacement and the replacement of all exterior wall panels . The scope of work is designed to improve the building ’ s thermal performance and structural longevity , including the installation of new insulation , air and water barriers , drainage systems , flashing , and updated fall protection . A thorough structural review will be conducted to support these upgrades and ensure all associated components meet current standards . The project is structured to progress through six critical phases : beginning with a thorough Assessment , moving into Design ( scheduled to start in February 2026 ), followed by the State Grant Process , Bidding , and Construction ( slated for June 2026 ), before concluding with the final Close - Out . |
