Architectural and Engineering Services for UNH Williamson and Christensen Halls Renovation

The selected A / E team , under the direction of a designated owner design manager will provide integrated architectural and engineering services for the renovation of Williamson and Christensen Halls in accordance with the USNH modified ConsensusDocs 240 ( including Exhibits F and G ) and UNH standards . Services will be delivered through Schematic Design , Design Development , Construction Documents , and Construction Administration , in collaboration with UNH and the CM - atRisk . • Bathroom core reconstruction for accessibility and durability ; renewal of typical residential floors and ground / first ‑ floor program areas . • MEP / FP modernization ( including addition of air ‑ conditioning , BAS integration ; bathroom exhaust / outside ‑ air remedies ), electrical distribution upgrades ( panels / feeders , emergency lighting , generator / ATS , elevator modernization assessment ), and plumbing replacements ( domestic / sanitary , heaters / pumps ). • Building envelope upgrades ( precast / masonry repair , full window replacement ) supported by energy modeling to evaluate insulation / infiltration strategies and ROI . • Site / courtyard improvements serving the Williamson / Christensen / Philbrook complex ; adjacent walks , ramps , and flatwork . • Hazardous ‑ materials coordination in design ( e . g ., resilient flooring , pipe insulation , transite components of furniture systems ). • Code , life ‑ safety , and permitting with the NH State Fire Marshal ( UNH is subject to state authority and exempt from local ).
