The work includes the new construction of a modern 70 , 000 sq . ft . Main Library at 625 Minnesota Avenue and the renovation and repurposing of the existing Parker Elementary School into administrative offices , mobile library parking space , and a neighborhood branch library . Services will include planning , architectural and interior design , sustainable design integration , historic tax credit coordination , and construction administration .
