The work includes but is not limited to the following scope : 1 . Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing , including sheathing and rigid insulation . 2 . Replacement of single - ply membrane roofing . 3 . Demolition and replacement of gutters . 4 . Modifications to existing downspouts and the addition of one new downspout , including connection to existing tight line below grade and related concrete cutting and patching . 5 . Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work . 6 . Painting of roof hatches and miscellaneous rooftop equipment . |
