Description | Main Building : Provide one armed guard for the Information Desk of the Central Alabama Water Main Building Entrance . 16 hours billable OJT . * Concierge attire with sport coat , white shirt , and slacks ; Required * Post Hours 0730 - 1730 Mon - Friday * Closed All CAW Company Holidays . The list will be provided upon request Total hours per week = 50 Hours Duties : • Provide information and instructions to visitors and employees • Ensure all persons pass through the Magnetometer ( metal detector ) for weapons and Use Garrett Wand as needed . • Ensure all visitors and contractors are Signed In & Out using the specified Visitor Management System • Raise / Lower Country , State , and Company Flags ( as directed ) • Respond to calls for service as needed • Foot patrol of parking lot • Ability to use computers • Serve as an Ambassador for the CAW with employees and the public . Professionalism and courtesy are a priority . Main Gate : Provide one armed guard for the Guard Booth located at the Employee . |
