Description | The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis issues this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for ACIDS support to develop, refine, and document instrumented live training modernization requirements. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis, 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. If you have a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) that potentialy meets the needs of this requirement, please provide the topic number in your capabilities statement. Responses to this Sources Sought are due no later than 10am EST, 24 July 2026 and must be e-mailed to both Contract Specialist, Emily Cicolini, emily.s.cicolini.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Arianna Taylor, arianna.m.taylor4.civ@army.mil.
