Description
Description | The purpose of this contract is the implementation of an Arterial Performance Monitoring (APM) program within D7. The APM program objective is to ensure that critical Department arterial corridors are operating safely at a high level of reliability, efficiency and effectiveness by establishing baseline conditions for each corridor, identifying any deficiencies, monitoring the corridor on a regular basis to identify any degradation of the corridor requiring corrective action, and then initiating such corrective action. The APM program consists of four major tasks: a) Arterial Travel Time Monitoring and Reporting; b) Traffic Management System Monitoring; c) Field Observations; and d) Crash Pattern Analysis. The contract services are to be performed on a task work order basis. This is a continuing services contract, subject to a $5,000,000 and 5 year limit. |
